Queens Park Hotel, London

The hotel has a great location close to public transport, making it easy to explore London. While my room was comfortable and recently refurbished, I did notice some areas that could use maintenance. The breakfast was decent, but not remarkable compared to other places. Overall, it's a good option for the price, though it could benefit from some improvements.

My stay at the hotel started off shaky due to the mixed quality of rooms, with an unfortunate experience in some that were poorly maintained. However, a pleasant surprise awaited us in the top floors where our accommodation was clean and modern. The dining options were reasonably good, making breakfast satisfying, although the experience could use a boost. The staff also demonstrated helpfulness despite some initial rudeness. Overall, it's a mixed bag, with a few redeeming qualities.
